PreQualiFly (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a mobile application that helps mortgage loan officers create, manage, and store pre-qualification documents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

- Account Information: Email address and authentication data when you sign in.
- Profile Information: Name, company name, NMLS number, phone number, address, and signature when you create or update your Loan Officer profile.
- Buyer Profile Data: Buyer and co-buyer names, loan amounts, interest rates, payment information, occupancy type, documentation selections, and other pre-qualification details you enter.
- Generated Documents: PDFs and signatures created within the app.
- Usage & Technical Data: App usage events, screen views, and crash reports collected through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve the PreQualiFly service
- Allow you to create, save, and manage buyer profiles and loan officer profiles
- Generate and store pre-qualification PDFs
- Authenticate users and secure your account
- Analyze app performance and fix technical issues
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, and Storage). We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal or financial data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with Firebase services necessary to operate the app (authentication, database, analytics, and crash reporting).
5. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and Firebase Crashlytics to monitor and improve app stability. These services may collect device information and usage data.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. You can also delete your account and associated data directly within the app or by reaching out to support.
