Who is PreQualiFly for?
PreQualiFly is a productivity tool for licensed and registered mortgage loan originators. It is not a consumer lending app and it is not a place for homebuyers to get prequalified on their own.
Is this for homebuyers or real estate agents?
No. PreQualiFly is built for MLOs who want to stay in the deal. Agents and buyers do not generate their own letters in the app — you do.
Which states are supported?
Arizona prequalification forms are available today. Additional states, including a national form, are on the way.
Why do I have to sign up on the web first?
Subscriptions are sold only on the web at app.prequalifly.app. Create your account there, then download the iOS app and log in with the same credentials. Apple In-App Purchase is not used.
How do I get into the iPhone or iPad app?
Create your account on the web first. Then download PreQualiFly from the App Store and log in. Your buyer profiles sync once you are signed in.
Does PreQualiFly replace my LOS?
No. It is a mobile prequal and market-tracking tool. You remain responsible for verifying information in your company or broker LOS and for following your compliance program.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation stops automatic renewal. You keep paid access through the end of the period you already paid for. When that period expires, the subscription ends and associated account data is deleted. Cancellation does not generate a pro-rated refund.
