Here’s what you do: Complete the info below. Sign and click the PreQualiFly button. Your AZ Prequal will download in your browser window where you can share it directly AND the Prequal form will be automatically emailed to you. Then you can forward it to your Agent and client! 

After you complete it, the information will be saved and accessible on your CLIENTS page. 

Then go back to doing what you were doing…..enjoying life!
